There once was a story of four awesome musicians from all four corners of southern California who have played in many bands separately, only to cross paths and form the most entertaining group they ever took to stage.As quoted by one of the band members, “We have never had so much fun wearing hazmat suits and flowerpots on our heads”.

I went to their show last night March 4th at Navajo Live here in San Diego where they shared the bill Through Being Cool – A Tribute To Devo.
I must say I was blown away and they vastly exceeded my expectations. I had SO MUCH FUN last night. I had never seen a tribute band before for The Talking Heads but had seen the real band live quite a few times as a kid in the 80s.
These guys put on quite an energetic and fun show and really make you feel like you are seeing the actual Talking Heads live.
I am glad that they are the first tribute band to Talking Heads I have seen because Talking Threads is LEGIT. I don’t just recommend Talking Threads I HIGHLY Recommend them.
Just really cool people as well and after the show I greatly appreciated chatting with me.
I really hope they play more shows down here in San Diego so please any and all venues such as The Music Box, The Belly Up, The Magnolia, The San Diego County Fair, Tio Leos, and any venue PLEASE BOOK these guys. You won’t regret it.
