The Mojo Combo is a Blues-based band that has been around the Central Coast since 2011. In the early days of the band we recorded a number of original tunes and won 2 New Times Music Awards. We opened for the SLO Blues Society Sista Monica show, participated in 3 International Blues Competitions, and placed 2nd to Alastair Green in the Santa Barbara Blues Society competition.
We have played many Wineries in the area, hosted the Blues Masters Jams, several community Concert in the Park events around the Central Coast, and the Pismo Beach Clam Festival for 5 consecutive years. We have also been hosting the Jump-In Jam at Wolff Vineyards in SLO for the past two years.
While we remain true to the Blues, we have branched out to incorporate more vintage Soul, R&B and Rock flavors to our musical palette. We look forward to bringing musical grooves that make you move, on the dance floor and in your ears!
