SUMMARY:Shooter Jennings w/Hellbound Glory (Cancelled!!)
DESCRIPTION:In light of recent events\, it is with a great consideration that we must announce that we are postponing our shows March 14 at The Siren in Morro Bay and March 15th at 1933 in Bakersfield.  Community safety is our utmost priority and concern. We hope to schedule a make-up date in the future but at this time all tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase. \nThank you for your understanding and support.\n \nShooter Jennings \n\nWaylon Albright Jennings\, 19 May 1979\, USA. The son of American country legends Waylon Jennings and Jessi Colter\, Shooter was given his unusual nickname by his father after he had watched his baby son pee all over a nurse. Shooter’s early years were spent on the road with his parents\, and by his teenage years he had already learned to play drums\, piano and guitar and made a few guest appearances with Waylon’s band. In his late teens he made his way to Los Angeles\, where he formed Stargunn and spent several years playing hard-nosed southern rock to a large local fanbase. \nYearning to return to his country roots\, Jennings pulled the plug on Stargunn in 2003 and spent some time in New York and Los Angeles plying his trade as a country singer-songwriter. He formed a new band\, the 357s\, and recorded his debut album for the Universal South label. Put The ‘O’ Back In Country was warmly received by the American music press as a rocking\, highly melodic update of Waylon’s outlaw country sound. The album reached the country Top 30 and generated the hit single ‘4th Of July’ (featuring George Jones). Later in the year Jennings filmed his movie debut\, portraying his father in the Johnny Cash biopic Walk The Line. His second album\, Electric Rodeo\, was another critical and commercial success\, reaching the country Top 20 and mainstream Top 100 in summer 2006.
