DESCRIPTION:Sandollar’s roots began years prior to its formation.  jam sessions became a daily ritual for this group of high school buddies who discovered their shared passion for making music.\nIn 2006\, Sandollar was formed.  in 2010; After a handful of years of writing songs\, performing live and evolving their sound\, sandollar released Their debut\, self-titled album “sandollar”.\nin 2013\, Sandollar was singled out as San Diego’s best unsigned band and thus taped for an appearance on the web TV series “Indie Across America”.\nlATER In 2013\, Sandollar released their debut album with Pacific Records\, “rollercoaster Ride”\, along with the single “Poor House”.\nTheir song “Up Up” from their 2013 album “Rollercoaster Ride” was feautured on the first episode of the 2020 Netflix series Outer Banks. music from that album also appeared on cbs’s magnum pi.\nsingles “party people” and “So Dangerous” were released in 2020.\nin 2022 sandollar released “under the water”\, a full length album; While 2022 also saw the release of their “Warrior” single.\nSandollar’s album “Under the Water” won the Best World Music Album at the 2023 San Diego Music Awards.\n2025 held a successful “From the Water” tour through California\, Arizona\, Colorado\, and New Mexico.\nWith handful of exciting projects coming down the pipeline\, these san diego beach rock icons continue to transform the soundtrack of the SoCal lifestyle.
