It’s rock ‘n roll\, but it’s mixed with New Orleans funk\, soul\, and Hill Country blues. \n–American Blues Scene \nAt the crossroads of Southern rock\, blues\, funk and soul\, Deltaphonic has spent the last decade developing an unmistakable sound. It’s been a wild ride\, but all the while the power of Deltaphonic’s recordings and live performances has steadily grown into something awe inspiring– the kind of thing that leaves guitar aficionados and songwriting connoisseurs spellbound. \nFounded in New Orleans by front man and songwriter Andrew T. Weekes\, Deltaphonic solidified its current lineup in 2021 while recording an album on the coast of Ecuador. Anchored by Andrew’s songwriting aesthetic\, and empowered by the prodigious musicality and production genius of guitar wizard Paul Provosty\, 2x Grammy nominated drummer/vocalist Trenton O’Neal\, and slide specialist Logan Sellers\, Deltaphonic’s recent releases have seen notable streaming success. The band’s next single comes out July 4th\, 2025. \n\n \n\nSILK OCEAN\n\n\nFounded by Hakeem Sanusi (vocals)\, Drake Freeman (guitar)\, and Kyle Nixon (sax) in 2018\, Silk Ocean has been making waves on the central coast music scene ever since. With the introduction of Brian Mendez (tenor sax)\, David Escamilla (bass)\, Ben Kerr (trumpet) and Eli Grinberg (drums)\, Silk Ocean rounded out the current roster in 2020.   \nThis 7 piece band-of-brothers draws inspiration from modern hip hop\, rock\, and classic funk​\, seamlessly blending the old and new to facilitate a fresh listening experience. \n\n
